What makes an Animorie keepsake different?
Each portrait is created around your pet's recognizable features and natural face shape, then prepared one by one. Available personalization and materials vary by product.
Where are orders made and shipped from?
Orders are prepared and dispatched from Hong Kong. Animorie is operated by JORMO LTD, a company registered in England and Wales.
How long will my order take?
Timing depends on the item. Our personalized necklace normally takes 5–7 business days to make, followed by shipping time. See the product page and our Shipping Policy for details.
